The Stables Bunkhouse is a recent barn conversion situated on a working hill farm. The village of Edale is 10 minutes walk with a post office and general store, two pubs that serve food.
Edale railway station is situated within the villag eand with easy walking distance to the Bunkhouse. The village also offers it’s own Moorland Information Centre.
Edale is the start of the Pennine Way and is an ieal base for all outdoor activities including walking, cycling and horse riding.
The bunkhouse has the capacity to sleep 16 people. There are 4 bedrooms each sleeping 4. Each bunk has a mattress with fitted sheet and a pillow with pillow case. Please bring your own sleeping bag.
Centrally heated with a dining area and well equiped kitchen. There are two showers and toilets situated both up and downstairs. There is ample space to dry wet coats and walking boots within the bunkhouse and adequate car parking. Secure space is available for bike storage.
There is ample outside sitting area to the rear of the bunkhouse, suitable for BBQ. There is a no smoking policy within the bunkhouse. Sorry – no pets.
